Summer has started, fleece hoodies and blankies over the knees on the porch during inaugural wine not withstanding.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"img_2564.jpg\" href=\"http:\/\/roseledgebooks.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/05\/img_2564.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[115]\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/roseledgebooks.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/05\/img_2564.jpg\" alt=\"img_2564.jpg\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<strong>Fig. #21.  The only Roseledge Books sign &#8220;before&#8221; Charlie fixed the winter stressed message on his way to Boston&#8217;s Logan Airport.  The &#8220;after&#8221; sign is in place, but you&#8217;ll have to visit to see it because Charlie didn&#8217;t have time to take a picture.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>And Roseledge Books, always in the forefront, now has a <a href=\"?page_id=70\" target=\"_blank\">webcam<\/a>.  The webcam picture of the harbor from atop <em><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/gp\/product\/0472031198?ie=UTF8&amp;tag=therosbooblo-20&amp;linkCode=as2&amp;camp=1789&amp;creative=9325&amp;creativeASIN=0472031198\">Paul Wellstone<\/a><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: medium none  ! important; margin: 0px ! important\" src=\"http:\/\/www.assoc-amazon.com\/e\/ir?t=therosbooblo-20&amp;l=as2&amp;o=1&amp;a=0472031198\" border=\"0\" alt=\"\" width=\"1\" height=\"1\" \/><\/strong><\/em> (a biography <strong>by Bill Lofy<\/strong>)* on my desk at Roseledge Books is quite exciting.<\/p>\n<p>Already a comment (okay, a complaint) from friend, Jerry:<br \/>\n&#8220;The picture on the webcam doesn&#8217;t move,&#8221; she noted.<br \/>\nNo, it doesn&#8217;t.  You have to refresh it every five seconds to get the next picture, a little like slow animation.  Think of it as &#8220;relaxed animation&#8221; which is, to me, a particular joy of Maine.  (But then I am so slow, I give new meaning to the verb &#8220;to turtle.&#8221;<br \/>\n&#8220;I see.&#8221;<br \/>\n&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8211;<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\n*Bill Lohy\u2019s<em> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/gp\/product\/0472031198?ie=UTF8&amp;tag=therosbooblo-20&amp;linkCode=as2&amp;camp=1789&amp;creative=9325&amp;creativeASIN=0472031198\">Paul Wellstone<\/a><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: medium none  ! important; margin: 0px ! important\" src=\"http:\/\/www.assoc-amazon.com\/e\/ir?t=therosbooblo-20&amp;l=as2&amp;o=1&amp;a=0472031198\" border=\"0\" alt=\"\" width=\"1\" height=\"1\" \/><\/em><\/strong> is one of several books specially selected, requested, reserved, and now stacked for the webcam and for Roseledge Books customers (in this case for Bob with whom I miss Paul Wellstone) who may or may not be back this year.
