The house is located on a quiet residential street in the SE Como neighborhood of Minneapolis, south of Como on 18th Ave SE. A nice corner store is on the block. Van Cleve park is two blocks away. Dinkytown is about 8 blocks. The Quarry shopping center is about a mile north (with a Target, Cub Foods, Home Depot, and more). A single car garage with extra storage space is on the lot. Gas furnace (new as of 2008) and water heater, washer, dryer in basement. No smokers and no dogs, but a cat would be ok. Tenants will be responsible for lawn mowing in the summer and sidewalk shoveling in the winter (we'll provide a mower and shovel). 1 year lease.
